Garrett Internal Medicine provides comprehensive adult primary care to patients in Palm Coast and throughout Flagler County. At every visit you are seen by a board-certified physician — Dr. Patrick Garrett or Dr. Christine Garrett — never a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. As an independent, physician-owned practice, we have the time to know you and manage your health for the long term.

Primary & Preventive Care

We serve as your personal physicians for everyday health and long-term wellness, including annual physical exams, preventive screenings, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and management of acute illnesses. Our goal is to catch problems early and keep you well.

Chronic Disease Management

We provide ongoing care for the conditions most common in adults, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart failure, thyroid disorders, and other chronic conditions. We coordinate your medications, monitoring, and specialist referrals so your care stays connected and consistent.

Medicare Annual Wellness Visits

We welcome Medicare patients and provide Medicare Annual Wellness Visits — a yearly, Medicare-covered visit focused on building a personalized prevention plan to help you stay healthy. Please call us to confirm the details of your specific plan.

Same-Day & Acute Care

When you are sick or have an urgent concern, we make every effort to see established patients promptly. Call the office and we will work to find you the soonest appropriate appointment. For a medical emergency, always call 911.

Telehealth & After-Hours Virtual Visits

Established patients can reach our practice through after-hours virtual visits during evenings, weekends, and holidays. To set one up, call (386) 225-4900 and press option 1; this option becomes available after 4:30 PM on evenings and during weekends and holidays.
